Identifying SR3 Firmware Version
The firmware versions for the SR3 can be identified once the SR3 is enrolled to an organization.

To identify the firmware version for the SR3 in the UniKey web portal. Once logged into the
UniKey web portal using an installer credential. Select the Actions menu for the Organization
and click on View Readers to see the screen shot. This will display the screen below which
allows you to both view and update the reader’s firmware.

To identify the firmware version for the SR3 in the UniKey mobile app. Once logged into the
UniKey mobile app using an installer credential. Select the Organization the SR3 is enrolled to.
Then select the reader name. This will display the screen below which allows you to both view
and update the reader’s firmware.
