The upgrade procedure of the templates definition version is described in the
Administration Manual for the Portable Device Manager.
5.7 Create a Configuration Backup
It is recommended to have a backup of the configuration in the handsets and the
site.
The backup procedure is described in the Administration Manual for the Wireless
Service Gateway.
