42 Transferring a call
Transferring a call
If the person you are speaking to wishes to be forwarded to one of your col-
leagues you can transfer the call.
Transferring the call with prior announcement:
s t w Select the menu item and confirm.
o Enter the number of the party to whom you want to transfer the call.
Announce the call partner.
a Press the End call key. The person you were speaking to is now connected to
the desired party.
Transferring the call without prior announcement:
s t w Select the menu item and confirm.
o Enter the number of the party to whom you want to transfer the call.
a Press the End call key.

START TRANSFER
Note:
If a connection is not set up between the other two parties within 40 sec-
onds, you will be called again. You are reconnected with the first party.
