Toggling (switching between calls)

The Toggle function allows you to switch between two users without allowing

them to speak to each other directly. The two users can be either external or in

ternal users. You can also withdraw from the calls and connect the two users

with each other. You can also start a conference.

p You are on a call.

Call the system menu.

Press the display key. The current call is placed "on hold" , the user waits.

o Enter the phone number of the second user.

p The second user answers.

Press the display key to switch between the two calls.

When you end the call, both parties are connected.

Conducting a conference

You can connect up to three internal or external partners with each other in a

telephone conference.

Setting up a conference

You decide to set up a conference while talking to a user.

p You are on a call and wish to start a conference.

or Press the display key. The caller is placed on hold.

o Enter the phone number of the new user.

p The user is free and answers the phone. You announce the conference.

Call the system menu.

> < [ Select the menu item and confirm.

You and your two partners are connected in a conference call.

Ending a conference

p You are connected with two or more partners in a conference call.

Call the system menu.

> < [ Select the menu item and confirm. Station 1 (last party called) is removed from

the conference.

> < [ Select the menu item and confirm. Station 2 (first party called) is removed from

the conference.

a Press the On-hook key. The conference is ended.
