located in the back of this Operating Guide to help familiarize you with the
features of your cordless phone. Also, be sure to fill out the Product
Registration card at the back of this Guide, then detach and mail in.

Your

box should contain the following items:

Wall Mount Adapter
Rechargeable Battery Pack (BT-9100)

If any of these items are missing or damaged, do not contact the place of
purchase. Instead, contact Uniden Customer Service at: (800) 297-1023 8 a.m.
to 5 p.m., Central, Monday through Friday.
