10. PERSONAL ASSISTANT
U3 provides useful voice recording functions for important communication records in daily
operations.
10.1 VOICE MEMO
10.1.1 Recording A New Memo
1. You may enter from menu and select “Voice Memo” .
2. After entering to Voice Memo, press right soft button “New” or
simply press DVR button to record a new memo.
3. When it starts recording, the screen will show the recording
time bar.
4. You can end the recording by pressing left soft button
“Finish” to save the record.
5. If you press Finish key, the screen will show the default
filename
(usually it is put Memo + recording date + saving order).
6. You could press the 4-way Navigator button◄► to move
cursor and use Delete key to delete the default file name.
7. You can also use key pad to rename the file. The Input
method is T9. You can press Input Method Key to switch
different input options.
10.1.2 Listening A Voice Memo
1. Press Menu & Enter button to go to main menu and select
“Voice Memo”.
2. Use the 4-way Navigator button ▲▼ to select a voice
memo.
3. Press Menu & Enter button to play the voice memo.
4. Press left soft button “Finish” to end the play.
