c. Press Menu & Enter button to confirm selection and enter next menu.
9.2.2 To Use GPS Location Display
Once entered “GPS Location Display” menu, your radio will try to search available satelite
information, the search time will be depend on your location, if the search time is over than 4
minutes and 30 seconds, then you may not be possible to use GPS function at current location,
please press Back or Home hard to exit.
If GPS location is available, then the radio will keep detecting GPS data at preset time interval,
and the position of your radio will be at center of concentric, other radios will show relative
position in this concentric diagram. You can use following optional functions:
1. Use the 4-way Navigator button ▲▼ to move the highlight bar
to a contact, then the position of selected contact will flash and
the spot color will change to red, while white spots means the
other unselected members’ relative position.
2. Press left or right soft button “zoom in” or “zoom out” to zoom
in or out the diagram.
3. Use 4-way Navigator button ◄►to switch the toolbar, then you can press left soft button
“GPS query” to ask selected member’s position, or press right soft button “Full” to expand
GPS location to full screen display. Once the radio is at full screen state, you can press
right soft button “Normal” to set the radio back to normal screen state.
9.2.3 Check One Member’s Detailed Location
If you press Menu & OK button to select a team member, you can check related detailed
location.
1. Use the 4-way Navigator button ◄►to switch the toolbar to
the following options:
a. Radio Check: To send Radio Check command to a
selected member.
b. Trajectory: To track route of a selected member.
