6. ADDRESS BOOK
Address Book is to store your radio and phone contacts information for communication purpose.
For reducing wrong contacts settings to cause failed communication, you can only edit contact
list in CPS. But, you can rename these contacts, and cannot delete this type of contacts.
6.1 VIEWING ADDRESS BOOK
There are two ways to enter Address book.
6.1.1 To Enter Address Book Function
1. Enter Address Book from menu
a. In standby mode, press Menu & Enter button to enter main menu, use 4-way Navigator
button to move highlight bar to “Address book”.
b. Please press Menu & Enter button to confirm selection and
enter next menu.
2. Press right soft button “Address book” in standby mode
a. In standby mode, press right soft button “Address book” to
enter Address book.
6.1.2 To View An ID And Alias
1. Each contact list will show name and category
(Private/Group/All).
2. The contact list will be organized alphabetically from A to Z,
you can use 4-way Navigator button ▲▼ to move highlight
bar to choose a contact list type.
3. Use “Enter” key to choose Radio Contacts.
