10.1.3 Deleting A Voice Memo
1. Press Menu & Enter button go to main menu and select
“Voice Memo”.
2. Use the 4-way Navigator button◄►to switch the toolbar to
the following sub-functions:
a. Lock
b. New (Add a new voice memo)
c. Rename
d. On/off alarm
e. Delete
3. Press “Delete” button to delete the message.
10.1.4 Setting Reminder Alert To A Voice Memo.
1. Press Menu & Enter button go to main menu and select
“Voice Memo”.
2. Use the 4-way Navigator button◄► to switch the toolbar to
the following state.
a. Lock
b. New
c. Rename
d. On/off alarm
e. Delete
3. Press “On/Off alarm” button to set the alarm.
4. You can use alphanumeric keypad to set the time and date.
5. Press “Save” button to save the settings or press “Cancel” button to cancel the settings.
10.1.5 Locking And Unlocking A Voice Memo
When a voice memo is locked, you will not be able to delete it. You will have to unlock the
message for deletion availability.
1. Use the 4-way Navigator button ◄► to switch the toolbar to
the following sub-functions:
a. Lock
b. New
c. Rename
d. On/off alert
e. Delete
2. Press “Lock” button to lock the selected message.
