d. You can press right soft button “cancel” to back to

e. If you want to cancel transmitting, you can also press
Home button to directly back to standby mode at any
step.
5.3 READING MESSAGES
5.3.1 To Read A Message After Receiving A Message
1. Your radio will automatically alert you have received a new message.
2. You can press “Menu & Enter” button to read this message.
3. Or you could press left soft button “Quit” to back to standby
mode.
4. You can read unread message in Today menu or you could
read all message in Inbox.
5.3.2 Read A Message In Inbox.
1. In standby mode, press the Menu & Enter button to enter
main menu.
2. Use the 4-way Navigator button to move highlight
bar to “Message” function.
3. Press Menu & Enter button to confirm selection and enter
next menu.
4. The highlight bar will stay at “Send a canned message”.
5. Use the 4-way Navigator button ▲▼ to move highlight bar
to “Inbox”.
6. Press Menu & Enter button to confirm the selection.
7. Use the 4-way Navigator button ▲▼ to select a message to
open.
8. Press left soft button “Enter” to open this message.
