MANUFACTURER DEFECT
LIFETIME WARRANTY
The Creative Product Group, Inc and UniCaddy® warrant to the original
owner that this VersaCaddy® product is free from defects in material and
workmanship for the lifetime of the product when used as intended
under normal household conditions. We will replace the product, send a
replacement part or issue a refund (at our option) when the consumer
provides a proof of purchase (receipt or bill of sale), along with a full
description (and proof, if requested) of the defect.
The Creative Product Group, Inc and UniCaddy® make no other
warranties, express or implied, and this warranty does not apply to
product that has been damaged as a result of improper maintenance,
accident, other misuse or acts of God. This warranty is void if the product
is repaired or modied in any way. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE CREATIVE
PRODUCT GROUP BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES. Legal rights vary from state to state, so the above limitations
may not apply to you if precluded by local law.
