Status Command:

Inquiry: <STX>;S;<CRC>;<ETX> S = system status

Answer: <STX>;S; letter 1;letter 2;<CRC>;<ETX>

Letter 1: H = Heating

C = Calibration

S = Sampling

O = Cooling

Z = Zero

E = Evaluation

X = unknown status

Letter 2: O = OK, no error message at the display

L = „Lamp“ at the display

P = „Pump“ at the display

T = „Temp“ at the display (temp of calibration cell)

Example: <STX>;S;22029;<ETX> 22029 = CRC16

<STX>;S;H;O;13041;<ETX> 13041 = CRC16

H = Heating

O = no error

Parameters Command:

Inquiry: <STX>;P;letter;<CRC>;<ETX> P = parameters

Letter: M = actuel mode (answer: V = volume mode; T = time mode)

H = operating hours

L = lamp voltage

T = temperature of calibration cell (°C)

K = calibration-mode (answer: E = single cal.; A = auto cal.)

I = automatic calibration interval or calibration unit

D = date and time of the last calibration

C = data of the calibration curve (equation, const., correlation coefficient)

V = last concentration with date and time

Answer: <STX>;P;number;<CRC>;<ETX> number: according value or

U= µl when manual calibration has been

chosen or date, time, calibration data
