To gain excellent measured result by separating element
from circuit.
To disconnect probe and measured circuit then remove
probe from input end after all measurement operations.

Buzzer will ring if measured resistance during
conductance test is less than 10Ω. It can ring or not ring if
measured resistance exceeds 10Ω.
