7. Software document incompatible with product model
If the USB upgrade document is incompatible with the oscilloscope model, upgrade
will fail. You will be prompted that, “Software and product model incompatible.
Please read the user manual for further instructions.” You should download an
upgrade document which corresponds with your oscilloscope model, e.g. UT4102C,
then repeat the USB upgrade steps.
