Using the Run Button
There is a [RUN/STOP] button on the top right corner of the front panel. When this
button is pressed and a green indicator lights up, your oscilloscope is in a running status.
When the red light comes on after pressing this button again, it indicates the unit has
stopped operation.

Auto Setup :
As shown above, Auto Setup can simplify operation. Press [AUTO] and the oscilloscope
can automatically adjust the vertical deflection factor and horizontal time base range
according to the amplitude and frequency of the waveform, so as to ensure stable
waveform display. When the oscilloscope is in auto setup mode, the system setup is as
shown by Table 2-24 :

Acquisition mode Adjust to “sampling” or “peak detect”.
Display format Set to YT.
SEC/DIV Adjusted according to signal frequency.
Trigger coupling AC
Trigger level Set at 50%.
Trigger mode Auto
Trigger source Set to CH1 but if there is no signal in CH1 and CH2 applies
a signal, it will set to CH2.
Trigger inclination Rising
Trigger type Edge
Vertical bandwidth Full
VOLT/DIV Adjusted according to amplitude of the signal.
