Automatic Measurement
As shown below, the [MEASURE] button is the function key for auto measurement. Read
the following instructions to familiarize with all the powerful automatic measurement
functions of your UT4000.

Application Examples
The measurement menu of your oscilloscope is capable of measuring 27 waveform
parameters.
Press [MEASURE] to enter the parameter measurement display menu which has 4
options that correspond to function keys F1~F4. To operate any individual option, press
the assigned function keys [F1~F4] to enter the setup menu for that function.
You can measure voltage or time measurement. You can select with the “Customize
Parameters” option. To enter the menu press [F2] and select the required parameters with
the multifunction control knob, then press [SELECT] to confirm (you can display up to 4
parameters). You can also press [F1] and select “All Parameters” to show all voltage and
time measurement parameters of the current channel. To quit “All Parameters”, press
[CLOSE].
Example 1 : To display the measurement peak-to-peak value of CH2, follow the steps
below :
1. Press [CH2] to select channel 2.
2. Press [MEASURE] to enter the measurement functions menu.
3. Press [F2] to enter the measurement parameters options.
4. Turn the multifunction control knob to the peak-to-peak value.
5. Press [SELECT] to confirm, then press [CLOSE] to exit.
The peak-to-peak value is displayed in the left bottom corner.
