Definitions of Horizontal Parameter Icons
c The signal frequency currently selected as the trigger source.
d Position of the current waveform triggering point.
e Trigger level of the current waveform.
f The distance between the triggering position and the horizontal centre point (time).
g Time base of the main time base M1, i.e. SEC/DIV.

Window Extension
Window extension can be used to zoom in a band of waveform to check image details, as
shown in Figure 2-13.

In the window extension mode, the display is divided into two zones as shown above. The
upper part displays the original waveform, and the lower part displays the extended
waveform. You select the waveform area to be magnified by turning the horizontal
POSITION
knob and SEC/DIV knob.
