The general terms and conditions of Unger’s standard warranty apply.
The warranty does not cover:
• Operating and installation errors.
• Opening/disassembly of housing other than by Unger
(except battery change as described in section 3.4 and chemical pouch change
as described in section 3.1).
• Replacing connections and hoses, other than by Unger.
• Replacing spare parts or components that are not recommended by Unger.
• Performing unauthorized modications to the design.
• Use of unauthorized chemical additives, chemicals, or relling pouches.
• Non-compliance with safety and maintenance instructions.
The manufacturer is not liable for the function of the device:
• When use is not in accordance with product instructions.
• When used for applications not in accordance with product instructions.
• When failing to comply with safety instructions.
To reduce risk and injury, read entire manual before use.

Un usage erroné ou abusif peut causer des blessures graves, voire mortelles. Lisez
et observez les exigences de la norme ANSI IWCA 1-14.1 (sécurité des opérations
de lavage de vitres). Faites attention lorsque vous ajoutez ou enlevez des sections
de perches. Assurez-vous que les boutons de verrouillage se bloquent
correctement dans leur trou de verrouillage. Faites attention de ne pas laisser
tomber ou heurter les perches. N'utilisez pas plus d'une section courte et deux
sections longues, pour une longueur maximale de 11 pieds (3,3 m).

Improper use or abuse could result in serious injury or death. Read and follow ANSI
Standard IWCA 1-14.1 (Window Cleaning Safety). Care must be taken when adding
or removing pole sections. Make sure that locking pin locks securely into the
locking hole. Do not drop or impact pole. Do not use with more than one short and
two long poles, for a maximum length of 11 ft (3.3m).
