Explosionsafety

Electrostaticdischarge(ESD)

ESDcan
amounttoasignificantvoltage,whichmaycausedamagetoPCBsorothersystemcomponents.
ESDdamageiscumulativeandmaynotbeapparentatfirst,asindicatedbyahardfailure,butcancause
degradedperformance.Therefore,alwaysuseproperESDhandlingprocedures.ESDcanresultfromlow
humidityconditions,
useofelectricalequipmentoncarpeting,linens,andclothing.

