Maintenance&faults
WARNINGDonotusetheproductforanyapplicationuntilyouaresurethattheuserroutine‐checkshave
beensatisfactorilycompleted,andthattheperiodicmaintenanceoftheproductisuptodate.Ifanypartof
theproductisknown(orsuspected)to
bedefectiveorwronglyadjusted,DONOTUSEtheproductuntila
repairhasbeenmade.Operationoftheproductwithdefectiveorwronglyadjustedcomponentscouldexpose
theuserorthepatienttoradiationorothersafetyhazards.Thiscouldleadtofatalorotherseriouspersonal
injury.
