GENERAL WARRANTY
TERMS.
UnderCover Classic, SE, SE Smooth & LUX
UnderCover, Inc. warrants the ABS polymer structure of the UnderCover Classic, SE, SE Smooth, and LUX tonneau covers to be
structurally free from defects in material and workmanship for (3) years from the retail date of purchase. The gas/hydraulic lift
struts and mounting hardware are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for (1) year from the retail
date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser, only when purchased from an authorized UnderCover
dealer and is nontransferable. The original sales receipt will serve as proof of purchase for this warranty. This warranty only
applies to the original truck or original installation. Before credit can be issued on a warranty claim, proof of defect may be
required in the form of pictures. This will be determined at the time of claim.
FOR UNDERCOVER SE SMOOTH READY TO PAINT COVERS ONLY - Paint nish is not covered by this warranty.
FOR UNDERCOVER LUX COVERS ONLY - UnderCover, Inc. warrants for (3) years from the retail date of purchase, that the exterior
paint will not abnormally fade or peel, due to material or workmanship defect, faster than the pickup it was originally installed
on.
UnderCover Flex
UnderCover, Inc. warrants the FRP structure of the UnderCover Flex to be structurally free from defects in material and workman-
ship for (3) three years from the retail date of purchase. The hinges, seals, and hardware are warranted to be free from defects in
material and workmanship for (3) three years from the retail date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original
purchaser and is nontransferable. The original sales receipt will serve as proof of purchase for this warranty. Before credit can be
issued on a warranty claim, proof of defect may be required. This can be determined at the time of the claim.
UnderCover SwingCase
UnderCover, Inc. warrants the ABS polymer structure of the UnderCover SwingCase to be structurally free from defects in
material and workmanship for (1) one year from the retail date of purchase. The lock, hinges and hardware are warranted to be
free from defects in material and workmanship for (1) one year from the retail date of purchases. The original sales receipt will
serve as proof of purchase for this warranty. Before credit can be issued on a warranty claim, proof of defect may be required.
This can be determined at the time of the claim.
EXCLUSIONS.
Not covered under this warranty is failure due to neglect, improper installation including any modications to installation
hardware, alterations, addition of equipment, abuse, improper use, accident, weather related damage, exposure to chemicals
that are not labeled “safe for plastics or rubber”, from lack of maintenance and normal wear and tear.
OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES.
Incidental or consequential damage or loss of contents due to use, neglect, lack of maintenance, misuse, or abuse of UnderCover
products is the sole responsibility of the truck owner and operator. Paint wear to the truck’s bed can happen with the use of any
truck bed cover, and is the sole responsibility of the truck owner. Paint damage to the truck is not covered under this warranty.
REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT.
In the event that the UnderCover product is found to be defective under the terms of the warranty, it is at the discretion of
UnderCover, Inc. to repair or replace the defective part. All repairs must be made by an authorized UnderCover dealer or under
direction of UnderCover, Inc. In the case of either event, UnderCover, Inc. is not responsible for any transportation costs associ-
ated with the warranted claim.
