• INSTALLING MOUNTING BRACKET
Remove the brackets from inside the box, unwrap and position the bracket to the light well/wheel well area. On some
trucks it may be necessary to remove the tie down. Place the bracket in position, make sure the bottom of the bracket
is  ush or as close as possible to the  oor. – Picture 1 and 2.
• INSTALLING MOUNTING BRACKET (continued)
Using the self drilling screws provided. Attach the bracket to the truck – Picture 3 and 4. Be careful not to over-
tighten and strip out the holes.
• INSTALLING SWING CASE
Lower the box onto the hinge pins. The latch is currently in the closed position for shipping. Before swinging
the box to the stowed position for the  rst time, pull the rod to release the latch. Gently push the box to the
stowed position. Pull the latch rod and swing through the full motion making sure it operates freely and
latches easily – Picture 5 and 6. Do not slam the box to stow it, if it will not latch easily it may be necessary
to make some minor adjustments. The rotary latch has slotted holes, just loosen the two bolts and adjust as
needed. Be sure to blow or sweep the metal shavings out of the truck bed.
