Low
temperature
exposure
Subject the resonator to –30°C ± 5°C for
1000 hours ± 4 hours. Then release the
resonator into room condition for 1 hour.
It shall fulfill the
specifications in Table 1.

Temperature
cycling
Subject the resonator to a low
temperature of -55°C for 30 minutes.
Followed by a high temperature of 85°C
for 30 minutes. Cycling should be
repeated 5 times with a transfer time of
15 minutes at room temperature. Then
release the resonator into room
condition for 1 hour
It shall fulfill the
specifications in Table 1.

Lead fatigue 1. Pulling test
Applied a vertical weight of 3Kg
along with the direction of lead
without any shock.
2. Bending test
Resonator lead shall be subject to
withstand against 90° bending at its
stem. This operation shall be done
toward both directions.
No evidence of damage
should show.
