11. Frying food
a) Temperature and frying times
The temperatures and frying times stated below are for reference purposes only. The temperatures and
frying times may need to be adjusted depending on the composition of the food. Determine the optimal
settings by trial and error.

b) Frying tips
Preheat the hot air fryer for 3 minutes if it is cold.
Ensure that your food is dry before placing it into the frying basket.
To ensure even frying, shake/turn over the food at least once.
