TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem: Vanity top wobbles when placed on the vanity base.

Possible Cause: A) The vanity base is not installed level and plumb. B) The underside of the vanity top is uneven:

this can be a common occurrence in porcelain tops due to the manufacturing process.

Corrective Action: A) Ensure the vanity base is level and plumb. It may be necessary to use shims if the base sits

uneven. B-1) Identify which corners have the wobble. B-2) Carefully remove the

vanity top and turn it over. B-3) Apply the bumpers adhesiv

e side down on the corners of the vanity top that you

identiﬁed. (See figure on the right) B-4) Carefully place the top back onto the vanity base and make any necessary

adjustments to the bumper placement(s) until the top does not wobble.

Product should be free from substantial defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase under normal

home use, and last for 1 year. Manufacturer is only respon

sible for the actual purchase price.

Manufacturer shall only be liable under this warranty if the product is installed and used in a proper manner as specified by

manufacturer’s instructions as furnished with the product. This product is intended to be installed and used as is with no

modifications. Should you choose to modify this product in any way the warranty will be void, and any personal/ environmental

exposure resulting from this action is your responsibility. This warranty shall not apply and the manufacturer sha

ll have no liability

under and of the following circumstances: the removal or reinstallation of warranted products, damage to products from improper

installation or use, cracks, chips, or stains in surface, unless caused by defects in material or workmanship, slight imperfections;

warping, shade variations or veining techniques in products, damage caused by abnormal use or abuse, labor, repairs or related

expenses, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

This warranty does NOT cover damages from using cleaners that contain the following solvents: Perchloroethylene or “PERC”,

Triclosan, Quaternary Ammonium Compounds or “QUATS”, 2-Butoxyethanol,Ammonia, Chlorine, Sodium Hydroxide, Volatile

Organic Compounds (VOCs), Acetone, and paint thinner.
