FILL THE POTS WITH SOIL
Filling the Pots with Soil
TIP - When filling the pots, make sure the soil is loose by slowly
sprinkling it into the pot, instead of pouring it all at once. Tight soil
prevents the seeds from germinating and restrict its ability to properly
drain water, which can result in the creation of mold.
You should have some extra soil left
outside the pot - this will be used shortly.
When filling the pots, leave about
½ inch (1.5 cm) space at the top,
free of soil.
