b. Place the burner ‘F’ into the overflow
container ‘G’ as shown in the illustration.
Make sure the control arms ‘H’ go
through the shutter plate holes ‘J’ on either
side when placing the burner into the
overflow.
c. Remove the handle ‘K’ by
unscrewing it. Carefully place the
over-flow container and burner into the
designated slot in the burner rack.
d. The control handle ‘L’ should now be
sticking out of the bottom of the unit.
Reattach the handle ‘K’ by screwing it
in firmly.
e. Make sure the burner shutter opens and
closes smoothly by pivoting the control
arm shutter handle left and right as shown
on page 4 of this manual.
5. Protective Glass
a. Place the tempered safety glass onto the
glass holding brackets ‘D’.

PROFESSIONAL WHEN MAKING MODIFICATIONS TO ANY WALL
a. Whether you are building a new wall, or building the unit into an existing wall, the
depth of the opening where the unit will be built-in should not be more than 6’’. This
will ensure the control handle ‘L’ and handle ‘K’ will remain accessible at all times once
the unit is built-in. If you are finishing the wall with stone or another material, take the
depth of the finishing material into consideration.
b. The opening should be 10’’ taller and 10’’ wider than the external dimensions of the
unit. This will mean if the unit is centered in the opening, there will be 5’’of space on
either side, 5’’ on top and 5’’ underneath once it is installed. Do not obstruct the air
