Unscrew connecting nut(1) from brine valve (2) attached to brine tubing, as shown in Figure 1.1.

Verify the plastic sleeve is inserted completely into the end of the brine tube as shown below.
D.
If necessary, adjust position of connecting nut on brine tubing to allow threads to engage completely
with brine valve.

While pushing brine valve threads through hole in brine well, push brine tubing with connecting nut
firmly into brine valve.

Tighten connecting nut outside of brine well. If necessary, adjust position of connecting
nut on brine tubing to ensure threads are screwed on tightly.
G.
Feed other end of tubing through hole (3) in brine tank. Be sure not to loosen or kink
tubing.

Replace brine well cap.
