Warranty

Warranty:
3.1) For a period of 12 months as from the date of delivery, the Seller warrants that the WINBAGs conform in all
material respects to the product specifications, cf. Appendix 1, and that the products are not defective due to
material or in-adequate workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from unusual or unintended
use, misuse, negligent handling, accident, abuse, piercing and similar are not covered by the warranty. The Seller
undertakes - at its own discretion - to (i) repair the defective product or (ii) replace the defective product with a
new product. All repairs under the warranty are based on delivery of defect WINBAGS at the Seller’s address. The
warranty does not cover freight-costs.
3.2) The Seller makes no other warranty, express or implied, with respect to products delivered hereunder, and the
warranty constitutes the Seller’s sole obligation in respect of any lack of conformity of goods delivered hereunder
(except title).
3.3) As the Seller takes claims very seriously and has an extensive quality control in place, all claims must be
reported on a current basis and without delay to the Seller.
