Unpackandlaypartsoncleanflatsoftsurface,toavoidmarringwood.
Step1. Laybencharmrest(A)flatoncarpetwiththemortisejoinsideup.Fittenonsofbackrest(C)tobencharmrest(A)
beingsurebackrestmortisejointisfacingtowardthefrontofthebenchasshown.
Step2. Withthebenchstillonitsside,fitbenchseat(D)tothebackrest(C)tomortiseofarmrests(A).Pleasereferto
thediagram.
Step3. Alignmortisejointofbencharmrests(A&B)withtenonsofcompletedassemblageandsecure.Usingrubberhammer
drivealltenonsandmortisejointstogetheruntilalightfitisachieved.
Laydownverticallythewholebenchtotightenthebenchseat(D)tobotharmrests(A&B)byinsertingthewooden
dowelsintothe8mmholetolockthetenons.(DipthetipofwoodendowelintoPVACgluebeforeinserting
intothehole).Cutthewoodendowelthatisleftoverthedepthoftheholewithchiselandflushwithsandpaper.

CareSuggestions&Recommendations:
1.Tomaintainthenaturalgoldenbrowncolorofyourteakfurniture,applyteakoilevery6months(orfollowthedirectionson
teakoilcontainer,notincluded).Thismethodrequiressomemaintenanceforupkeepsuchassanding&reapplication
ofteakoil.Usingteakoildoesnotprolongthelifeofteak,itsimplymaintainscolor.Teakwood,whenleftbare,willfadetoa
naturalsilvergraycolor.
2.Donotleaveyourteakfurnitureinpuddlesofwateroronwetground.
