WARRANTY/RETURN POLICY
Any product purchased from Sieco Design has a 30 day return policy from the date of delivery
with the following conditions being met.
UNUSED PRODUCT RETURN
CONDITIONS
 Merchandise must be received at our facility within 30 days from when it was delivered to
you.
 Merchandise must be received in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
 Consumer is responsible for sending the merchandise back at their cost.
 Shipping cost for merchandise returned that meets all reimbursement criteria is not
refundable under any circumstances.
 Credit to the original credit card used for the purchase will be issued upon us receiving
merchandise and all conditions have been met.

DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT PRODUCT
RETURN CONDITIONS
If a defective/incorrect product was received, please contact Sieco Design prior to proceeding
returning the product. The issue must be reported to Sieco Design within 15 days from the
date the product was received.
