statements, technical information, and recommendations are based on information we believe to be true and reliable, but the accuracy or

90 DAYS LIMITED WARRANTY
The Forest Group, Inc. warrants that the SUR-STILT
®
to be free of defect or damage due to faulty or defective materials,
workmanship and manufacturing for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase provided the SUR-STILT
®
are properly assembled, used and
maintained in accordance with the SUR-STILT
®
instructions included with the products. Excluded from this warranty are SUR-STILT
®
subjected to abuse, misuse, neglect, modification and accidental or intentional damage
.
LIMITED ONE YEAR STRUCTURAL WARRANTY
The Forest group, Inc. warrants all SUR-STILT
®
structural components to be free of defect or damage due to faulty or defective
materials, workmanship and manufacturing for a period of 1 YEAR from the date of purchase, provided the SUR-STILT
®
are properly assembled,
used and maintained in accordance with the SUR-STILT
®
instructions included with the product. Excluded from this warranty are components
subject to normal wear including but not limited to: nylon bearings, sleeves, leg band pads, soles, springs, and straps. Also excluded from this
warranty are SUR-STILT
®
components subjected to abuse, misuse, neglect, modification and accidental or intentional damage.
WARRANTY SERVICE
For warranty service return the SUR-STILT
®
or components with explanation prepaid to the address indicated below. We will repair
or replace the component in question and return the product to you free of charge.
All warranties contained herein are limited only to repair and replacement of parts and product. Excluded from all warranties
contained herein are inbound freight and postage, freight losses, labor charges outside our facility and damages caused by improper assembling of
the SUR-STILT
®
or any accidental or intentional damage. Also excluded from all warranties contained herein are consequential damages,
incidental damages to persons and/ or property connected with the use of SUR-STILT
®
.
The Forest Group Inc. reserves the right to change, modify or improve the design of SUR-STILT
®
without assuming any obligations
or liabilities relating to any SUR-STILT
®
previously manufactures by The Forest Group, Inc. or any other source.
NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
OR FITNESS FOR INTENDED PURPOSE SHALL BE APPLICABLE TO ANY SUR-STILT

THE WARRANTIES CONTAINED HEREIN SHALL CONSTITUTE THE BUYERS SOLE RIGHT AND REMEDY
RELATING TO ANY SUR-STILT

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE FOREST GROUP INC. HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS, DAMAGE OR EXPENSE DIRECTLY ARISING FROM THE USE OF
ANY SUR-STILT

, OR FOR LOSSS, DAMAGE OR EXPENSE DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY ARISING FROM THE USE
OF ANY SUR-STILT

, OR ANY INABILITY TO USE THE SUR-STILT

EITHER SEPARATELY OR IN COMBINATION
WITH OTHER EQUIPMENT OR MATERIALS OR FROM ANY OTHER CAUSE.
THE LIABILITY OF THE FOREST GROUP INC. ARISING OUT OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, AND STRICT
LIABILITY IN TORT OR WARRANTY SHALL NOT EXCEED ANY AMOUNTS PAID BY THE BUYER OR USER FOR
