3. Connect 45 degree coupling to the drain elbow with only a black rubber seal washer.
4. Connect either an 1-1/4” hard PVC pipe or an 1-1/4” flexible PVC pipe of appropriate length to
the floor drain to the coupling. Neither hard PVC pipe nor flexible PVC pipe are provided. The
brand name of the flexible PVC pipe is called EZ Flo. Make sure to put slip nut, red washer, and
rubber seal washer in sequence to the pipe first, then tighten the slip nut.
5. Connect drainpipe to your floor drain (or a sewage pump system).
6. Place the strainer inside the drain, and place the drain cover on top
