The installation guidelines in this manual serve as recommendations for the ing of
the quarter round. Please note that the manufacturer does not bear responsibility for
any product failures or liabilities resulting from installations that contravene the original
ooring manufacturer’s installation instructions or warranties.
Intended use
The quarter round is intended to be used to hide the expansion gap between the wall and
the ooring.
The quarter round can hide an expansion gap of a maximum of 0.5 inch [13 mm] wide.
The quarter round is NOT intended to be fastened using a nail gun.
Material
The quarter round is domestically manufactured out of PVC.
Tools and materials needed
To complete the installation, you will need to gather the following:
• Tape measure
• Fine tooth blade hacksaw
• 60 - 120 grit sanding block
• Clear silicone adhesive
• Weights
