THE QUIET DOCK HINGE :
The modern structural composite material used in our hinges does not make the rattle and clanks
that metal dock hinges produce when walking on and off your dock, or every time a wave goes by.
The sound deadening and non-metallic properties of our hinges let you enjoy the peace and quiet of
the lake. With no metal to metal contact points anywhere in the hinge, extreme strength and wear
resistance, you can't go wrong with their sleek, neat black appearance. They will also never rust like
conventional galvanized metal. The hinge gap and geometry is the same as most standard metal
hardware allowing for direct and easy replacement with no interference or excessive gaps between
docks or ramps. Our hinges are also tested to withstand over 5,000lbs each! Far more than many of
the most popular metal hinges. The tapered tab design also makes for easier connections by
self-aligning both horizontally and vertically. An added bonus!
