AccordingtoSectionII/SectionIBofPACKINGINSTRUCTION965,orSectionIIofPACKINGINSTRUCTION966～967of
the2020IATADangerousGoodsregulations61stEditionandthespecialprovision188ofIMDG(incAmdt39‐18).The
batteries should be securely packed and protected against short‐circuits. Examine whether
the package of the
containersareintegrateand tightenclosedbefore transport.Takeinacargoofthemwithout falling,dropping , and
breakage. Prevent collapse of cargopiles.Don’tputthegoodstogetherwith oxidizerandchieffoodchemicals.The
transport vehicle and ship must be cleaned and sterilized otherwise it
is not allowed to assemble articles. During
transport,thevehicleshouldpreventexposure,rainandhightemperature.Forstopovers,thevehicleshouldbeaway
from fire and heat sources. When transported by sea, the assemble place should keep away from bedroom and
kitchen,andisolatedfromtheengineroom,power
andfiresource.UndertheconditionofRoadTransportation,the
driver should drivein accordance withregulated route, don’tstop over in the residential area and congestedarea.
