Do not use faulty equipment: eg if the cord is damaged or if the equipment shows damage caused

used. Make sure that the cable is laid tidily so that children and adults cannot trip over it.

inadvertently pulled out.
Always unplug the cable when the equipment is not in use, holding the plug and not the cord.
After use, allow the projector to cool down completely before putting it away. Roll up the card to
store it.
Do not let water get into the projector, because moisture and damp can have fatal results. If in
doubt, have it checked by a qualified electrician.

Important information for working with magnification:
Please note: the machine becomes hot in use. You are advised to be cautious when using photographs,
glossy prints or original documents. Always use copies of originals. After the projector has been in use for any
length of time, the copy plate can become hot and damage the surface. We cannot accept liability for damage
resulting from faulty use. During use, check the
condition of your originals and monitor how hot the projector is.
Maintenance:
Bulbs: the machine uses ordinary 60W bulbs / Spiral Lamp 20 Watt E27, which are commercially available.
When the bulb falls, replace it as you would an ordinary household light bulb. Make sure the machine has
cooled down completely before you change the bulb.
Cleaning and care:
The projector and angle attachment are in a prism mirror and fitted with high quality plastic lenses. We
recommend the use of a microfiber cloth or a soft household cloth for cleaning. Remove dust with a fine brush
or blower. II these are not available, we recommend using a small amount of lens cleaning fluid on a soft cloth.
Use the cleaning fluid only on the cloth and then wipe the lens carefully with a dry cloth. Please note — do not
use pressure and be careful not to cause scratches. Never use scouring powder or similar abrasive cleaners
on the lenses or

Never clean the projector while it is switched on. Never clean it while it is warm. Never immerse it in water.
Using the projector:
The projector has a standard 60 W / Spiral Lamp 20 Watt E27 light source to keep overheating of the light
source to a minimum. The best results can be obtained by using in a darkened room. The simplest way to
draw really good pictures is, for example, to fasten a piece of old wallpaper to a flat surface, eg a door or the
side of a cupboard, with tape. Then wonderful pictures can be drawn on the large sheet of paper.
