Before Each Use
WARNING
Ensure that reel is properly installed before connecting input and output hoses.
Bleed gas pressure from system before servicing reel.
Ensure that reel, hose, and equipment being service are properly grounded.
Check the hose condition for wear or damage, and check the swivel fitting for leakage. Replace
any worn, damaged, or leaking parts.
Operating Instructions
WARNING
Risk of explosion. Do not exceed the MAX working pressure.
Wear the proper protective equipment including ANSI Z87.1 safety goggles.
Do not point the nozzle or blow air at a person's face.
If reel ceases to unwind or rewind, remove system pressure immediately.
Do not exceed the back end mark when the hose is pulled out.
To avoid damage to the reel, always hold on to the hose while it is rewinding.
1. Check the reel for the correct operation by slowly pulling out the hose.
2. To latch the reel, slowly pull out the hose to any point and release the hose to stop.
3. To unlatch the reel, slowly pull the hose after releasing and let the hose retract until the hose stop
rests against the hose guide.
Maintenance
Maintain the product by adopting a program of conscientious repair and maintenance in accordance
with the following recommended procedures. It is recommended that the general condition of any tool
be examined before it is used. Keep your tool in good repair. Keep the hose dry, clean, and free from
oil and grease. The following chart is based on a normal operation schedule.

Clean the hose with a cloth dipped in warm water to remove
dirt or deposits and ensure correct rewinding. Do not use
detergents or solvents which could prove incompatible with
cable-winder materials.

dealer. If the problem continues after troubleshooting, call your local dealer for assistance.
