Dalyn Rug Company Product Warranty:
Stock rugs may be returned due to a manufacturer's defect

A manufacturing defect is a deviation from design specifications during production
resulting in a product’s defect, frailty or shortcoming. Please consult with your
Dalyn representative if you encounter an issue and need to file a claim.

Under special circumstances a Stock rug that is not defective may be returned with
proper authorization. In this case, you will be issued an RGA number and will be
responsible for shipping the rug back at your expense. You will be charged a 25%
restocking fee. Custom rugs are not returnable.
*All returns require an RGA. You, as our business partner (not your retail
consumer), must contact Dalyn’s customer service department at 800-241-2909, to
obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). You will be given instructions on how
to ship the rug back. In most cases Dalyn will send a pre-printed call tag. All rugs are
required to be wrapped in plastic for return shipping. If the original shipping
material has been discarded, please request a plastic sleeve through Customer
Service or your Dalyn representative.
