TRIMMING THE BULLNOSE BEND
The RAMPART WALL SURROUND Panels will ship with an
approximate 1” lip (also known as a bullnose bend) all around the
edge. It will be up to the installer’s discretion to come up with the
perfect length needed for the project.
Mark the sheet with a cut line and proceed cut along said line. The
usual tool for this particular job would be a jigsaw. If using a jigsaw
a carbide edged blade would be our recommendation.

Trimmed away portion.
For this example a half inch of the bullnose bend
has been left. This allow for the end of the wall
surround sheet to wrap over the bathroom wall’s
corner edge. The amount to be trimmed is wholly
up to you taste. The entire bend/lip could be
removed if desired leaving the sheet completely
ushed with the corner’s edge. It’s up to you.
