INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS/INSTRUCTIONS POUR L’INSTALLATION/INSTRUCCIONES DE
INSTALACIÓN
1. Install faucet, drain and supply lines (not included) to vanity top (A) according to the
instructions supplied with those items.
Installez le robinet, le drain et les conduites d’alimentation (non inclus) au comptoir de
meuble-lavabo (A) selon les instructions pour l’installation fournies avec ces articles.

2. Install vanity top to cabinet by applying silicone caulk/sealant to all four corners (as shown
in diagram) of the cabinet. Place vanity top onto cabinet. Position the top so that it has an
equal amount of overhang on each side and use level to ensure the vanity top surface is at.
Apply silicone on to the seam between the edge of the vanity top and the wall, smooth the
bead and allow to cure before use. Do not use plumber’s putty to attach top.

base de silicone sur les quatre coins de l’armoire (tel que l’illustre le diagramme). Placez le
comptoir du meuble-lavabo sur l’armoire. Placez le comptoir de manière à ce qu’il dépasse
de façon égale des deux côtés. Utilisez un niveau pour vous assurer que la surface du
comptoir de meuble-lavabo est plane. Appliquez de la silicone sur le joint entre le rebord du
meuble-lavabo et le mur, étalez-la et laissez durcir avant d’utiliser le meuble. N’utilisez pas

Instale la cubierta para tocador al gabinete aplicando masilla de calafateo/sellador de
silicona transparente en las cuatro esquinas (como se muestra en el diagrama) del gabinete.
Coloque la cubierta para tocador sobre el gabinete. Coloque la cubierta de manera que
sobresalga de manera uniforme a cada lado y use un nivel para asegurarse de que la
supercie de la cubierta para tocador esté nivelada. Aplique silicona en la unión entre el

3. Install backsplash (B) to top (A) by applying silcone caulk/sealant to the back edge of
the top. Place a bead of clear silicone caulk/sealant on the unpolished / bare side of the
backsplash against the wall. CAUTION: Do not use plumber’s putty.
Installer le dosseret (B) sur le comptoir (A) en appliquant un produit d’étanchéité au
silicone sur le bord arrière du comptoir. Placer un cordon de mastic silicone transparent
/ mastic sur le côté mat / nue du dosseret contre le mur. ATTENTION: N’utilisez pas de
mastic de plomberie.
Instale la protector contra salpicaduras (B) al cubierta (A) aplicar masilla de calafateo/
sellador de silicona al borde posterior de la cubierta. Aplique un cordón de silicona
transparente masilla / sellador en el lado sin pulir / desnudo de la pared posterior contra
la pared. PRECAUCIÓN: No utilice masilla de plomero.

4. Connect faucet drain to plumbing and secure faucet to top and attach supply lines (all
not included). Refer to faucet manufacturer’s instructions.

The granite vanity top is made from real stone slabs and fabricated to accompany the vanity ensemble. Due to its natural
beauty, every stone top will have its own unique characteristics such as veining, color variances and natural surface textures.
It is strongly recommended that a stone penetrating sealer be applied to the vanity top. All natural stone products require
resealing as a routine maintenance procedure. Top must be clean, dry and free of debris before application. Maintain sealer
applications approximately once a year. Follow sealer manufacturer’s recommendation. Cleaning Instructions: Vanity top and
Porcelain bowl: Use a non-abrasive cleaner with a soft cloth.
Le dessus de meuble-lavabo en granite est fait de véritables carreaux de pierre. Il a été fabriqué pour s’agencer à l’ensemble
de lavabo. La beauté naturelle de la pierre confère à chaque dessus ses caractéristiques propres incluant la veinure, les
variations, de couleur et les textures de surface naturelle. Il est fortement recommandé d’appliquer un enduit bouche-pores
pénétrant la pierre au dessus de meuble de bain. Tous les produits sèche et exempte de tout débris. L’enduit bouche-pores
doit être réappliqué environ une fois l’an. Suivez les instructions du fabricant de l’enduit. Instructions de nettoyage : Dessus
meuble et lavabo en porcelaine : utilisez un chiffon doux et un nettoyant doux non abrasif.
Le cubierta para tocador de granito está hecha de losas de piedra reales y fabricada para hacer juego con el conjunto
de tocador. Debido a su belleza natural cada cubierta de piedra tendrá sus propias características únicas tales como las
vetas, variaciones del color y texturas superciales naturales. Se recomienda enfáticamente aplicar un sellador que penetre
en la piedra al cubierta del tocador. Todos los productos de piedra natural requieren el resellado como procedimiento de

What This Warranty Covers: The manufacturer warrants its parts and products to be free of substantial defects in materials and
workmanship from the original date of purchase under normal home use. This warranty is offered only to the original consumer purchaser
and may not be transferred. How Long The Warranty Lasts: Coverage for vanity tops lasts for ve years from the original date of
purchase. What The Manufacturer Will Do Under The Warranty: During the warranty period, the manufacturer, at its option, will repair
or replace any part or product that proves to have substantial defects in materials or workmanship, or the manufacturer will provide an
equivalent replacement product. In keeping with our policy of continuous product improvement, the manufacturer reserves the right to
change specications in design and materials without notice and with no obligation to retrot products we previously manufactured.
How State Law Applies: This warranty gives you specic legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
Implied Warranties: The manufacturer disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability, and there are no warranties that extend beyond
the descriptions on the face hereof. To the extent that such disclaimer is not valid under applicable law, any implied warranty shall
be coextensive in duration with this warranty. Wood Characteristics, Aging and Printing Limitations: Because of the varying natural
characteristics of wood and the effects of aging, product shown in displays and/or printed materials will not be an exact match to
new cabinetry you will receive. Depending on the wood characteristics, the age of a sample and the environment of the showroom,
samples will show some degree of variation from new product. In addition, you should not expect all doors, drawer fronts, trim or
molding to match exactly in either nish or grain. Variation in wood is normal and unavoidable. In addition, it is not possible to exactly
match our colors in printed materials. Therefore, you should view the actual samples when making your color selection. What This
Warranty Does Not Cover: This warranty does not cover any problems or damage which result from improper transportation, improper
installation, mishandling, misuse, abuse, neglect, abnormal use, commercial use, improper maintenance, non-manufactured repairs,
accidents, or acts of God, such as hurricanes, re, earthquakes or oods. This warranty and any applicable implied warranties do not
cover incidental or consequential damages arising from any defects in the product, such as labor charges for installation or removal of
the product or any associated products. This warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by normal wear & tear, alterations,
environmental conditions, humidity absorption, or mold. In addition, variations in wood grain, nish color, aging or other natural wood and
stain characteristics are not considered defects and are not covered by this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation
of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. How to Obtain Warranty Service: If you
need replacement parts or would like to make a warranty claim, please contact customer service at 1-888-774-8062. All warranty claims
must include the model number of the product, copy of the original receipt and the nature of the problem. In addition, the manufacturer
may at its discretion require inspection of the installation site or authorize the prepaid return of the claimed defective part. Merchandise
not pre-approved for return will not be accepted and the associated claim not accepted. Products should be examined for defects prior
to installation. This warranty also does not cover labor charges for installation or removal of the product or any associated products. If
upon inspection you nd our product has a damaged or missing part, it may not be necessary to return the unit to the store of purchase.
