Inclusions for your Steel Frame Kit
WHAT IS A DRY-IN KIT?
The term "dry-in" refers to the stage of construction where the building is enclosed and protected from rain and other environmental
factors. This allows interior work to proceed without being exposed to the weather.
Well Done 1 Homes provides the option to purchase a Dry-In Kit customized to your steel frame kit order! Included are architectural,
mechanical, electrical and plumbing plans for permit submission and all the materials (in the quantities necessary for your sized
model) to enclose or “wrap” the steel frame! (Structural and foundations plans come with your steel frame kit order).
INCLUDED COMPONENTS*:
Wall and Roof Protection: Precision-cut OSB panels tailored to your specifications for walls and roof. Pre-cut for door and window
openings. Breathable house wrap to provide a weather-resistant barrier, and durable and paint-ready siding for exterior walls. Exterior
trim boards. Cutting required for door and window openings (nails are excluded).
Roofing Materials: OSB or plywood, underlayment, ice and water rolls and laminate roofing shingles are supplied in the Dry-In Kit
in the quantities necessary for your steel frame kit. Waterproofing coating and sealant. (Some minor cuts may be required).
