7. Finish Rails:
● After the sealer has cured, proceed to finish the rails according to the
manufacturer's guide
Always adhere to the manufacturer's instructions for each product used and follow
proper safety precautions during the application process.
Hardie Board Installation:
After the deck posts have been installed. Refer to the manufacturer's installation guide
about Hardie board installation guides.
● Install Hardie board over the house wrap using appropriate screws or nails, you will
need to start at the edge and make cut out for windows and doors and excess
Hardie board
● Follow the manufacturer's guidelines for cutting and fitting
● Seal joints and edges with Hardie board sealant
Cable Rails and Spiral Staircase Installation:
Refer to the manufacturer's installation guide.
● Install cable rails according to the provided kit instructions, ensuring proper tension
and spacing
