Manual for FPV System 1.5

FPV System 1.5 developed by AEO company is one of the most powerful systems with channel

mapping fuction . It is mainly used for free mapping between input and output channels .Users can map any

channel of the receiver to any channel of the control device connected to System1.5.By using System

1.5,users can have their own operate style ,such as basic coach fuction and co-operating by several

people ,which can be realized only in some high-end transmitters.

What’s more ,System 1.5 can match with head movement tracking system ,which is essential to FPV

hobbyists .However ,it can only be used for channel mapping ,can’t replace transmitter’s output signal

fuction.

System 1.5 only supports FUTABA devices with coach fuction(except 6EX HP),please pay

attention.

Detailed introduction of system 1.5:

1. Interface definition ：

System 1.5 contains 4 interfaces marked with ”A、B、C、D” , as the following picture shows:

1.1 Interface A----connecting head movement tracking system

Can only connect with Xgyro-1500 two axis head movement tracking system produced by AEO

company

1.2 Interface B----connecting main transmitter

Can only connect with the main transmitter ,which would provide power and operate device output

signal sent by receiver.

1.3 Interface C---- connecting auxillary operators

Connect with auxillary operators :coaching, simulating and co-operating fuctions

1.4 Interface D----connecting auxillary transmitters

Same as interface C.

* Definition of main transmitter：In charge of sending radio signal to the receiver ,supplying power to

System 1.5 and other operate devices connected at the same time.

* Definition of auxillary operators：provided by AEO company ,such as Joy stick ,steering wheel and

so on .or other FUTABA transmitters connected.

Connecting way： 2.1 Connect main transmitter： System wires：a main signal wire ,two FUTABA connecting wires for different interfaces and one FUTABA connecting wire used for providing power. If the transmitter need to be connected is FUTABA series 12FG(included),you can use square plug cables(collocated with FF9,6EX-AP) or round plug cables(collocated with T9Z、FF7、FF8)to connect it to coaching interface .Then connect to interface B on System1.5 by the main signal wire .

Users can store two different kinds of operating modes ,through manual calibration can switch between the two operating modes.（refer to 4.4）。 ”MODE 1” represents the recent chosen mode ,you can control every channel of the receiver refer to 3.3 below .when switch to ”MODE 2”,control channels of the receiver refer to 3.3 under mode 2. 3.2Select head tracking system reset： When System1.
