Traditional Paddle type flow meters normally cannot detect leaks below 2 gallons per minute. The MC Smart Controls FL-1000 can detect the temperature of the water in an irrigation system. When the temperature reaches down to a predetermined set point it will send a message via Email or Text to a programmed recipient.
