VACATION TIME STORAGE
□ Press the power button to the OFF position (“o”) and unplug the power supply cord from the wall outlet.
□ Clean the unit and the water tank.
□ Leave the water tank open to avoid possible odor or mold formation.
□ Loosely wrap the power supply cord and bundle it with the band or place the excess cord onto the power
supply cord hook (depending on model).
□ Store the dehumidifier upright in a dry and well-ventilated place.
MOVING YOUR DEHUMIDIFIER
□ Press the power button to the OFF position (“o”) and unplug the power supply cord from the wall outlet.
□ Remove the water tank and empty the collected water before moving the unit.
□ Use the molded handle at the top of the back panel to transport the dehumidifier in a vertical position.
