□ Select a suitable location, making sure you
have easy access to the electrical outlet; do
not place the dehumidifier outdoors.
□ Place the dehumidifier on a smooth, level
surface strong enough to support the unit with
a full tank of water.
□ Plug the dehumidifier into a grounded 115V~
60Hz electrical socket outlet.

RECOMMENDED LOCATIONS
PROPER PLACEMENT
□ Place the dehumidifier away from any object,
and ensure that the front, sides, and rear of the
unit are clear of any debris.
□ Use the dehumidifier to prevent moisture
damage anywhere books or valuables are
stored.
□ Use the dehumidifier in the basement to help
prevent moisture damage.
□ Operate the dehumidifier in an enclosed area
to increase its effectiveness.
□ Close all doors, windows and other outside
openings to the room, except when operating
the dehumidifier together with a stove or
similar products; as an oxygen shortage may
occur.
NOTE: Do not connect the dehumidifier to an outlet with
multiple sockets shared with other electrical appliances.
