Troubleshooting
The unit does not
start operation.
The water tank may be full with water. Remove the tank and drain the water.
The power supply cord may not be connected properly. Connect the power supply
cord properly into a grounded wall outlet.
The water tank is not securely placed into its correct position. The unit will not
operate unless the water tank is inserted securely.
The house fuse may be blown or the circuit breaker may have tripped. Contact a
qualified service technician and replace the fuse with a time delay type or reset
the circuit breaker.
The unit may have been turned on/off too quickly. Turn the unit off and wait 3
minutes before restarting.
The unit does not
dry the air as it
should.
The air flow may be restricted. Verify that nothing is blocking the air inlet and
outlet.
The doors and windows may be open. Close all the doors and windows.
The room temperature may be too low. Increase the room temperature using
another heat source if necessary.
The area surrounding the unit may be too large. Use the unit in a smaller area.
The red LED light
stays on.
The water tank may not be secured into its proper position. Reinstall the tank into
its correct position.
Noise when the
unit is in operation.
The surface may not be level or flat. Place the unit on a flat or level surface.
