Operation USING THE DEHUMIDIFIER 1. To start operation, press the power button to the ON position (“-”). A green LED light on the front panel will illuminate. 2. To stop operation, press the power button to the OFF position (“o”). 3. When first using the dehumidifier, operate the unit continuously for 24 hours. 4. If the unit has been switched off and needs to be switched on again quickly, allow approximately three minutes before restarting. NOTE: Do not restrict or obstruct the airflow from the air outlet.
Maintenance VACATION TIME STORAGE □□ Press the power button to the OFF position (“o”) and unplug the power supply cord from the wall outlet. □□ Clean the unit and the water tank. □□ Leave the water tank open to avoid possible odor or mold formation. □□ Loosely wrap the power supply cord and bundle it with the band or place the excess cord onto the power supply cord hook (depending on model). □□ Store the dehumidifier upright in a dry and well-ventilated place.
Care and Cleaning CLEANING THE PANELS CAUTION: Press power button to the OFF position (“o”) and unplug the power supply cord from the wall outlet before cleaning the unit. □□ Always clean the panels of the dehumidifier with a soft damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or spray liquids on the surface of the panels. □□ Do not clean the dehumidifier or the unit parts with flammable liquids. The fumes can create a fire hazard. CLEANING THE WATER TANK WARNING: Do not clean the water tank using a dishwasher.
Troubleshooting The unit does not start operation. □□ The water tank may be full with water. Remove the tank and drain the water. □□ The power supply cord may not be connected properly. Connect the power supply cord properly into a grounded wall outlet. □□ The water tank is not securely placed into its correct position. The unit will not operate unless the water tank is inserted securely. □□ The house fuse may be blown or the circuit breaker may have tripped.

Operación USO DEL DESHUMIDIFICADOR 1. Para empezar a usarlo, presione el botón de encendido en la posición ON (“-”). Se encenderá una luz LED verde en el panel delantero. 2. Para apagarlo, presione el botón de encendido en la posición OFF (“o”). 3. Cuando use por primera vez el deshumidificador, use la unidad continuamente por 24 horas. 4. Si se ha apagado la unidad y necesita encenderla de nuevo con rapidez, deje pasar tres minutos antes de volver a encenderla.
