PARTS IDENTIFICATION
1. Temperature Knob: Adjusts the desired temperature from 150°F to 450°F.
2. Function Knob: This oven is equipped with four positions for a variety of cooking
needs:
BAKE: Use for cakes, pies, cookies, poultry, beef, pork, etc.
BROIL: Use for broiling fish, steak, poultry, pork chops.
TOAST: Use for bread, muffins, frozen waffles, etc.
CONVECTION: Using the Convection Fan will help distribute the heat within the
oven more evenly.
3. Timer Knob: 60 minute countdown timer sets the duration of time the oven will
operate on the desired function. A bell will ring to signal the end of the
programmed time. Includes “Stay On” function that is used to operate the oven for
an indefinite amount of time.
NOTE: When using the “Stay On” function, the timer knob must be turned OFF manually.

5. Support Guides: Holds either the grill or baking tray in place.
6. Baking Tray: Use for baking and cooking your favorite foods.
7. Wire Rack: Use for broiling, grilling, and cooking your favorite foods.
8. Crumb Tray: Removable pull-out crumb tray slides under the heating element rods.
9. Indicator Light: Indicates that the power is on.
10. Heating Element Rods: Two rods located inside the top and bottom of the oven.

WHEN THE OVEN IS IN USE. ALWAYS USE OVEN MITTS.
