PARTS IDENTIFICATION

1. Temperature Knob: Adjusts the desired temperature from 150°F to 450°F.

2. Function Knob: This oven is equipped with four positions for a variety of cooking

needs:

 BAKE: Use for cakes, pies, cookies, poultry, beef, pork, etc.

 BROIL: Use for broiling fish, steak, poultry, pork chops.

 TOAST: Use for bread, muffins, frozen waffles, etc.

 CONVECTION: Using the Convection Fan will help distribute the heat within the

oven more evenly.

3. Timer Knob: 60 minute countdown timer sets the duration of time the oven will

operate on the desired function. A bell will ring to signal the end of the

programmed time. Includes “Stay On” function that is used to operate the oven for

an indefinite amount of time.

NOTE: When using the “Stay On” function, the timer knob must be turned OFF manually.

5. Support Guides: Holds either the grill or baking tray in place.

6. Baking Tray: Use for baking and cooking your favorite foods.

7. Wire Rack: Use for broiling, grilling, and cooking your favorite foods.

8. Crumb Tray: Removable pull-out crumb tray slides under the heating element rods.

9. Indicator Light: Indicates that the power is on.

10. Heating Element Rods: Two rods located inside the top and bottom of the oven.

TO AVOID RISK OF INJURY OR BURNS, DO NOT TOUCH HOT SURFACES

WHEN THE OVEN IS IN USE. ALWAYS USE OVEN MITTS.
